As a Regional Sales Manager for a national building products distributor, Jonah understands the value of teamwork, vision, and execution. Throughout the years he has demonstrated a customer centric approach, which is illustrated by his long standing relationships.
Mike Lampkin

Mike has over 14 years experience in the construction industry with roles including field operations, project management, estimating, business development, and sales. Mike is an active member of Construction Specifications Institute (CSI), is the Secretary for the East Bay Oakland Chapter, and earned the Construction Documents Technologist (CDT) certification. As an active member of International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants (IIBEC), Mike understands the value of continuing education and industry relationships.
Zac Lander

Zac joined BES in August of 2019. He is a recent graduate of University of California, Santa Barbara with a degree in both Economics and Communication. As an associate for BES, he is responsible for project consulting, outside sales, lead management, and business development.
Jon Hilton
Associate
Jon joined BES in October of 2020. As an associate for BES, Jon will be responsible for project consulting, outside sales, lead management, and business development.
Jon graduated with a degree in project management from Chico State and has worked in the industry for five years, two of which were with the Garland Company. His latest three years of work were as a Field Service Representative with Carlisle Construction Materials.

Aaron joins BES with a wealth of experience in the construction industry, primarily in roofing and waterproofing. In addition to his time on the manufacturing side of the industry, Aaron has also held roles in contracting and distribution. Collaborating with design professionals, contractors and distributors to make every project a success is Aaron’s passion.
The combination of Aaron’s technical knowledge, real-world experience, and the wide range of solutions available through BES’s manufacturing partners, is ideal for being a trusted advisor and resource on any project. Aaron always welcomes a challenge.
Aaron earned a master’s degree in corporate finance as well as multiple industry credentials from both IIBEC and CSI. With IIEBEC, he has earned the RRO and RRC credentials. With CSI, he has earned the CDT, CCPR and CCCA credentials.
