Hunter Xci wall products are designed for use in commercial and residential wall applications to provide “ci” continuous insulation within the building envelope.
Hunter Panels services the North American market with seven, state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in New York, Pennsylvania, Florida, Illinois, Texas, Utah and Washington. Our newest facility is the largest in North America, we moved our NY operations in to a brand new state of the art facility in Montgomery NY, featuring not one but two manufacturing lines and off line capabilities.

Hunter Xci CG
Xci CG is a high-thermal rigid insulation panel composed of a closed cell polyisocyanurate foam core manufactured on-line to premium performance coated glass facers on both sides. It is designed for use in commercial wall applications to provide continuous insulation within the building envelope.
Hunter Xci Foil
Xci Foil is a high thermal, rigid building insulation composed of a closed cell polyisocyanurate foam core bonded on-line during the manufacturing process to an impermeable foil facing material. It is designed for use in commercial cavity wall applications to provide continuous insulation within the building envelope.
Hunter Xci Foil (Class A)
Xci Foil (Class A) is an exterior wall insulation panel composed of a Class A rigid polyisocyanurate foam core manufactured on-line to reinforced foil facers on both sides. It is designed for use in commercial wall applications to provide continuous insulation within the building envelope.
Hunter Xci 286
Xci 286 is an energy-efficient rigid foam insulation composed of a polyisocyanurate foam core manufactured online to glass fiber reinforced foil facers. It can be used in new construction, or used for interior retrofit within existing buildings. Xci 286 is designed for exposed interior wall or ceiling use in commercial, residential, industrial, agricultural and metal building applications.
Hunter Xci Ply
Xci Ply is a high thermal rigid insulation panel composed of a closed cell polyisocyanurate foam core bonded to a premium performance coated glass facer on one side and 5/8" or 3/4" fire treated plywood on the other. It is designed for use in commercial wall applications to provide continuous insulation within the building envelope.
Hunter Xci ConCast
Xci ConCast is a nonstructural, energy-efficient rigid foam insulation composed of a polyisocyanurate foam core manufactured on-line to tri-laminate (poly/kraft/foil) facers on both sides. It is designed for use in concrete wall panels as the core insulation layer between two layers of concrete held together by connectors. This material would be suitable for precast, tilt-up or poured in place “sandwich” panels.
Hunter Xci NB
Xci NB is a high thermal rigid insulation panel composed of a closed cell polyisocyanurate foam core bonded to a premium performance coated glass facer on one side and 7/16" or 5/8" OSB or plywood on the other. It is designed for use in Type V commercial and residential wall applications to provide continuous insulation within the building envelope.
