Jonah has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry with roles including sales management, outside sales, transportation, logistics, and inside sales. As a Regional Sales Manager for a national building products distributor, Jonah understands the value of teamwork, vision, and execution. Throughout the years he has demonstrated a customer centric approach, which is illustrated by his long standing relationships.

Mike Lampkin

Mike has over 14 years experience in the construction industry with roles including field operations, project management, estimating, business development, and sales. Mike is an active member of Construction Specifications Institute (CSI), is the Secretary for the East Bay Oakland Chapter, and earned the Construction Documents Technologist (CDT) certification. As an active member of International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants (IIBEC), Mike understands the value of continuing education and industry relationships.

Zac Lander

Zac joined BES in August of 2019. He is a graduate of University of California, Santa Barbara with a degree in both Economics and Communication. As an associate for BES, he is responsible for project consulting, outside sales, lead management, and business development.

Jon Hilton

Jon joined BES in October of 2020. As an associate for BES, Jon will be responsible for project consulting, outside sales, lead management, and business development.

Jon graduated with a degree in project management from Chico State and has worked in the industry for 8 years. He spent three years working as a Field Service Representative for Carlisle Construction Materials before joining the BES team.
